Warranty

A. PROTECTION TIME

Michel Gohier Ltd guarantees all its products for a period of one (1) year from the delivery date.

B. COVERAGE

The warranty mentioned above, in "A", covers all manufacturation flaws. Our warranty includes parts and labor. However, work under warrantee must be done in our shop.

C. EXCLUSIONS

  1. No refund nor allowance will be given for all repaid done by other people or other organization than MICHEL GOHIER Ltd and its representatives. It is however possible to do some work under warranty in another workshop by getting an authorization beforehand.

  2. MICHEL GOHIER Ltd is not responsible of any amount of money that could be claimed for loss or any other claims that could indirectly be the result of a flaw cover by the warranty.

  3. Is excluded of the present warranty, all material included in the fabrication of our products already cover by the manufacturer's warrantee. For a flaw of such material, the buyer could contact a representative of MICHEL GOHIER Ltd or the manufacturer of the part directly for its warranty. The address of such manufacturer for warranty work can be given by MICHEL GOHIER Ltd on demand.

  4. The warranty is non applicable if the user do not conform to the maintenance fixed by MICHEL GOHIER Ltd, especially the ones written in the maintenance manual.
